Hawaii-based surfer/singer/songwriter Donavon Frankenreiter returns to the Outer Banks for a live concert at Kelly’s Restaurant following the release of his fifth studio album, Start Livin’. Doors open at 8pm, Makua Rothman opens at 9pm with a 45 minute set.
