The Outer Banks Home Builder’s Association welcomes you to the 27th Annual Parade of Homes. Held over Columbus Day weekend, this year’s tour runs Thursday, October 10th through Sunday, 13th. Homes are open 10 am – 6 pm Thursday through Saturday, and 10 am – 3 pm Sunday.

17 homes stretched across a compact 35 miles will open their doors this year, ranging in size from 800 square feet to over 6,000. There are 14 new homes and 3 large scale renovations featured, and the styles are as diverse as ever, ranging from coastal contemporary, fresh adaptations of 50’s retro style, a mix of low country and coastal bungalow. They represent all fields of ownership, from year-round homes, second homes and, of course, investment homes. Within the homes, many new products and design inspiration will be featured, with the representative vendors, subcontractors and builders on hand to provide further depth to any questions you may have.
