Playing the best of Tom Petty and the Heartbreakers, Tom Petty solo music and some Mudcrutch and Travlin’ Willbury’s thrown in for good measure with such crazy precision you have to see Refugee to believe them. Local Outer Banks group, The Ramble, will be the opening act. Doors open at 7pm.
