9th Annual Duck Jazz Festival
The 9th Duck Jazz Festival presented by PNC returns on Columbus Day weekend in 2015. On Sunday, October 11, 2015, enjoy the free, non-ticketed, day-long festival showcasing national, regional and local jazz musicians on two stages. Gates open at 10:00 a.m. with live music starting at 11:00 a.m. Enjoy jazz-related events leading up to the main event with activities like a jazz-themed movie on the Green, live music and special activities taking place at local Duck businesses. Duck Yuletide Celebration 2016
The 6th Annual Duck Yuletide Celebration takes place on the Duck Town Green (1200 Duck Road) from 3 PM to 5 PM. Enjoy live holiday tunes by Just Playn' Dixieland, carolers from First Flight High School choir, Santa's arrival on the Duck Fire truck and the lighting of the Town Crab Pot Tree. Donations will be accepted for the Outer Banks SPCA and Food for Thought in exchange for light treats donated by Duck businesses.
