The 4th annual Kitty Hawk Elementary PTA Fall Carnival Flying Falcon Road Race is Saturday, November 2nd at the school in Southern Shores. 100% of the net proceeds are donated to the KHES PTA promoting and assisting student/teacher programs and needs. Race entry includes timing and event t-shirt. Awards to the top 3 in the 1 & 2 mile race. There is no pre-race day packet pickup.
