The Outer Banks Halloween Crafts & Masks Show is happening on Saturday, Oct. 12th at Paparazzi OBX in Kitty Hawk, featuring a wide assortment of sweets, treats, and spooky treasures from over a dozen talented artists, plus a pop-up costume shop and more seasonal fun for all ages, presented by OBX Entertainment!
