It’s the first ever Soggy Doggy Pool Party! The Outer Banks Family YMCA is hosting this splashing event for the OBX SPCA. From 11am-2pm, you can bring your dog(s) for free swim in the zero-entry pool. From 2pm-3pm, the OBX SPCA dogs will have their turn in the pool. What a great way to end the summer. There will be lifeguards on duty so YOU can swim with your pup, too! Slice Pizza will be for sale, and donation items will be accepted for the pets of Hatteras & Ocracoke! If you are in the market for a new furbaby, they will have plenty of adoptable dogs, as well! The cost is $5 per dog! All dogs must be leashed upon entry, and have proof of current rabies vaccination.
